I came in to get another key made for a car I just bought. I explained what I wanted and the guy said Ok that’ll be $325. I said ok, then as I go to tap my card it magically increased to $525. I said where did that extra come from? He said oh I had to do this one other thing, which was fair but he did not discuss that with me before adding it to the total. Take your business elsewhere. Was given a cheap (reusable) third party smart key for my Jeep on site and was told to return to the shop when I could to swap it out for an actual smart key. (They don’t use actual first party keys. They use cheap Chinese knockoffs for everything). After a week I asked if I could return and was told I had waited too long and could not exchange it. Now I’m stuck with a flimsy smart key whose battery dies monthly and is missing the metal key all for $350.
