Worse customer service. Never showed up 2 times, I called 7 times to request a call back from the technician or supervisor and no one ever called back.

My experience with Air Duct Xperts Los Angeles was excellent from start to finish. I found the company through all of its stellar google reviews and got a call back with a price quote immediately. They came and cleaned out my dryer vent and did a flex repair. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, clearly explained everything to me, and were super speedy. Will be using Air Duct Xperts Los Angeles for all my dryer needs from now on and would highly recommend them!
