We asked him over to look over an existing irrigation system as we knew it needed some updates. He showed-up and told my wife that SHE should write down his comments. Basically, he spent about 30 minutes walking around telling her to jot down things that we already knew were issues, hence our asking him over. So we ended-up paying him his $125 "consultation" fee, which he was just justified since he is "certified". We never had him back over since he provided no written report, no water use
