Update: They came by and install the fence. Everything came out perfectly fine. I tested the fence and it's safe for the kids and there is clearance for the electric panel. I wanted to share my experience with AG Fencing because it has honestly been a rollercoaster. I initially hired them to remove part of my fence/gate so there would be clearance for an electrical panel inspection. They came out and completed that part without issue.
