Recently requested service for our 11 year old salt-based water softener system. AW's technician, Stacey, responded to handle the maintenance. The system was still in good condition, but we had to recharge the resin (resin rebed). Stacey did a great job for us... very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
