Outstanding service. Replaced reverse oosmosis water system with a new updated system. Gave me $100 dollars off the price of a new system. Been a customer for over 25 years. Owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Only person I call for repairs and annual maintenance of my soft water and reverse osmossis systems. He's the only one you should call for these systems.

Mike charged us a lot of money for very little actual service, and the whole experience felt more like a scare tactic than an honest inspection. During the tank inspection, Mike removed a part that should not have been taken out, then tried to use what he showed us inside the tank to scare us into buying a completely new tank/system for thousands of dollars.
