I usually have very good service with this company. Came in today and the gentleman was helping other clients but has not even acknowledged me. He has come in and out and looks the other way instead of telling me he will be with me in a few minutes. The lady in the back acknowledged me. This is why the low rating.

In and out with two new keys in under 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier

Called this place they said my key would be 150 with programming I get there and it’s 200, okey whatever right ?! They tell me 15 - 20 minutes I stand around for 40 minutes and after almost breaking my car with a bad key that did not work and accusing my car of not working, lol but it does work perfectly with my key that I brought in …they told me their machine is not good and that they can’t do it, now I stuck waiting 3 days for my refund… thank you …. Don’t come here … they don’t have the equi
