Got 3 prices and his price per square foot was the best but more importantly, he measured properly. A company in RVC measured that there was 100 extra square feet and wanted $5.00 more per square foot. So double check your square footage. Work was done 1 year ago and still is perfect. If you do go the turf route, make sure YOU prep the area to be smooth and ROOT free, very important. I really recommend these guys. Good Luck
