This is the most lying company ever. Not keeping the customer in mind! I found out after I got the system how if someone cuts the line in the gray box . My family IS NO LONGER protected. Yet they are sky high in charging you. They also fail to tell you if you change your password of your internet....they try to help but you end up paying a $$$ fee for a technician to come out or having to get another google camera. Which ADT doesnt even own their own equipment. Ask questions before you let them

Too bad I couldn’t give them a “Zero”. Called for an elderly friend who can no longer afford service, but locked into the typical contract. The “Account Manager” listened but said he could only cancel account, but in the end would not cancel account. I asked for his manager and was told I was denied. What terrible customer no service. No sympathy or emotions when it comes to keeping the money rolling.
