All Adt services are horrible. DO NOT USE ADT!!!! I was with adt for 2 years. The last year the service did not work at all and they wouldn't refund me which is fine. However a couple months ago I canceled because why would I pay for a service I am not receiving. Every single month after that they have continued to charge me. Every single month I have to talk to a representative that refunds my money and says "sir this will not happen again". Every single time I call it is a 2 hour process. I
