Don’t sign anything until you see the promises in writing. Do not buy anything extra from them, take what you get for free. I was promised $300 gift card, 3 months of service free, the $40 permit fee will be waived by ADT. RUDE PEOPLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE THE VICTUM, NOT YOU !!

A girl knocked on my door after 8 pm. Not just a regular knock, she beat on my door to where I was hesitant to open it. I asked why she knocked so hard and she said it was to let us know she was there. She needs to be careful and not do that to the wrong person.
