They have almost no customer service, I’ve tried for weeks to get someone to my home to check a conduit line that has never worked. Their CS acts rude to me every time I call in, and I’m given a VM of employees that never call me back. If you are building a home DEMAND another option. And please don’t leave your families security to a company who won’t help you on the small things, because they will never be there on the important ones.
