Adkins did my home inspection last year in North Carolina and mostly disappointed. I might be overly sensitive but not knowing the difference between a gas and electric furnace is no small miss. What they did good: * Pipe leak detection via thermal * Thorough roof inspection * Thermal inspection of breaker panel What they did poorly or didn't note: * Furnace indicated as gas when it is electric. Model of furnace was just the air mover. * Outlets in two rooms that short when plugs are removed

Ric did a great job on our home inspection. It is a new build and he was very detailed and thorough. He found several things the county inspector missed. He sent us the report quickly. He is also fairly priced. We will use Adkins Home Inspections again in the future!
