Allen came within the 9:00-12:00 window and diagnosed the problem and replaced the disposal in 1 hour. No headaches. Fixed the problem. Price was higher than expected however it was same day room service. More than I wanted to pay however problem taken care of the same day. I had a plumber scheduled and it was 2 weeks out. Allen provided great service.
