Charlie was excellent, we had issues with our Toilet plumbing being backed up due to some blockage and Charlie was able to quickly diagnose and remove the blockage. A day later we had the same issue come up with another toilet completely unrelated to previous toilet and Charlie came back out promptly and found the issue and took care of it.
