I reviewed and shared my poor experience on 4/14 and received a standard/computer generated reply directing me to call ACE to resolve. I called and was assured that I could expect a call from Keith, the manager who I’ve previously texted 3 times and called but to no avail. Still, no progress from their last visit on 3/2/26. Again, I cannot make any positive referrals to ACE, only my overall disappointment

I’ve used Ace Home Services for about four years, going back to when they were the previous company, and until recently I had good experiences. A couple weeks ago they came out to fix a sink and pipes and did a good job, although it was expensive ($1,300). Shortly after, we had a backflow issue and they charged $700 to snake the line and run a camera. About a week later the same issue came back. These guys are the very best. I needed to put a freeze free spigot in the paddocks behind my small barn.They came out together and had the difficult job completed in about 1.5 hours. They made the suggestion to put a "shut off " valve in the box should there be any problem with this spigot. Also suggested we diconnect all the hoses from their bibs during the winter.
