UPDATE: My power went out. It was 11am on Sunday morning and I tried everything within my knowledge. Unsuccessfully. I text Ken (as I was so pleased with his previous work). I also put a request on yelp incase he was not available. Ken was here within the hour. He is closed on Sundays, and I know had to juggle a lot of things to help me out. He identified the issue, which was within my electric box, and fixed it very quickly. I should add the issue is completely unrelated to his previous work (
