Had two ductless heads not blowing cold. The tech cleaned the filters checked for refrigerant leaks and re torqued all connections. He also showed me how to properly clean the units myself between visits. Quick friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them for all future mini split needs.

This contractor was assigned to our AC claim back in February. It is now May and we have experienced nothing but headaches and frustration with this company. The service claim was left unresolved (3 months later). Sharing my experience: Our case is assigned to technician Daniel. After his initial service visit on Feb 17, we were told the AC cooling issue should be fixed. Great. A week later, we turn the AC on and the cooling issue is still not resolved. Our old water heater died, leaving us with freezing showers. I called for a quote in the morning, and they were installing a new, energy efficient unit by the afternoon. The installation was clean, they pulled the proper permits, and they even hauled away the old one. The plumber was polite, wore shoe covers in the house, and cleaned up every scrap of debris.
