My generator failed during a bad thunderstorm and as a result I had no sunk pumps available. Buddy from Absolute Power Systems responded within an hour of my call. When he arrived, I could not locate the key to the generator. Buddy showed an extraordinary amount of patience and professionalism while I located the key. Due to the special attention Buddy showed me, I plan to use Absolute Power Systems in the future! :)
