I contacted Lisa to do some work on my existing website in the beginning of April. I needed a video and photos added. There was a Google+ link that needed to be removed and she stated that she would remove it free of charge. She completed the work that I payed for but she did not remove the Google+ link but she said would still remove it. Beginning of May, Lisa did some more work on my website and she was going to remove the link. She completed the clean up but still not the link. Contacte
