Chris came to the house to repair the air conditioning. He was very personable, and went right to work checking the thermostat which wasn’t working. The electrical panel was checked and the pipes to make sure they were clear. The pipes did need cleaning. He then looked at the attic and the unit outside, and decided a new compressor was needed. The air conditioning was up and running again cooling off the house. Chris was always willing to answer our questions about the thermostat and system.

we will not be using this company again. it took six hours for the company to arrive (9pm!). we were overcharged for parts and the technician spent over 50% of his time trying to upsell and make minor problems seem like major problems. he did get the unit up and running, but knew we were up against the wall after being hot for six hours. well over $1000 for a couple fuses And an assessment. had we known this was going to be the outcome we would have kept the appointment with the other company.
