They explained what they were doing, they were professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Once finished they walked us through the repairs to make sure we were satisfied. They gave me a time frame of 3 to 4 days and it was done in two and a half days. I purchased a fence from them 30 years ago and had such good service then that I called them again. I had several panels of my privacy fence that became loose and extracted from the base of the fence. My promised wait time was between 9 and 3 pm. Ralph and Sam were at my residence before I could get home from taking my boys to school. They were securing my fence before I arrived home and by 8:50 am they were done!
