My quoted time for them to come out was from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. I called around 11:00 to make sure they were coming. They said they might be an hour late… at TWO O’CLOCK… I STILL hadn’t heard from them!! I set my alarm for 7:30 to make sure I was up and ready for them. This is NOT OK!! Abacus needs to set better estimates of appointment times as to not waste OUR TIME! I’m supposed to be in college station helping my daughter pack & move from her apartment. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and upset
ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. They approached me in Home depot. proposed A/C maintenance for $50. I have multiple properties in the spring area, gave them addresses. They called me for conformation, I again confirmed my address the the day of service the tech calls me and tell me he is in Conroe and why I am not home!!! They are very STUPID. If they cannot get an address correctly no one should trust them for A/C maintenance and repair.

Only used them once and was gouged in price. The guy was nice and they fixed the issue we had, however all they did was run a snake to unclog a pipe and charged us over $600 for that which is asinine. Won't use again.
Horrible experience. They promote they are there for you. We can’t even get them to show up for the appointment. They stated they called before to make sure someone is available however, we never received any calls. They may be good but, can they even show up for the time scheduled? Good luck.
I scheduled a standard AC maintenance appointment and was interested in signing up for Abacus’s monthly subscription service. They gave me a 1–4 PM window on a Saturday and said I’d get a call 45–60 minutes before arrival.
By 3:35 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called. Dispatch told me they were “just about to call me”, not to confirm, but to cancel or reschedule for an entire week later. After I’d already cleared my day, they offered no solution for the day. Just a cancellation or a r

They called at 10 am saying that he was delayed at his appointment and now will be here between noon and 2 pm. He did not show at 2 pm either. I called and I was told that they don't know when he would get through. You get excuses when you asked to speak to a manager, they are either out of the office, in a meeting, or else.
