We had an AC emergency. Abacus had an electrician at my house at 8:30 pm diagnosing the issue. They came at 9:00 the next morning ready to quote to replace the furnaces in my attic. Crew can at 11:30, done at 3:30 ahead of my son’s graduation party at 5:00. Amazing.

I had an emergency on 5/14; water was leaking from the light in my 2nd-floor restroom. We called Abacus, and they came out in a timely manner. Once the plumber got to my residence, he did a quick check, took pictures and right away recommended changing the whole drainage system. He didn't try draining the water or running the snake; he said he couldn't put a snake in there to drain it. Mind you, he never brought in any equipment. All he had was a tablet to take pictures.
