Bought a fireplace from this store 7 years ago. Fireplace remote is completely dead. I called and asked what they could do. They said," We can sell you another one." I asked about reprogramming support they said I would have to call the fireplace manufacturer. Absolutely no help.

We had a wonderful and smooth experience from initially walking around the showroom through installation. The team is extremely knowledgable and helped us navigate some tricky venting conditions at our house. We are super excited with how it turned out, and thankful to the ABA Hearth & Home team!
