I had a horrible reality turn into ease with the help of Jim and his lead, Ramon. I had a new build that had faulty roofing and my builder disappeared. There was water gushing in from the window and contractors were saying the roof needed to be replaced, and a whole mess of other items. We ended up finding AASAP and they sent Ramon out the next day.
