I wish that I could write a review like the one I did 6 years ago and be able to recommend AAA Soto to friends as I have done over the years - but that's not to be. I reported a number of problems soon after a March 2026 move and the replies were cavalier, untimely and uncaring. We have used AAA Soto's twice and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We first hired them back in 2019 for our move from Rancho Sahuarita to Vail. They packed our boxes for us and did a fantastic job. The price couldn't be beat either. Fast forward to 2026, we had a more complicated move from Vail to storage to Oro Valley. AAA+++ service. We purchased a very heavy table that needed to be delivered. We also had some heavy furniture within our house that needed to be moved and we had items for donation. AAA Soto delivered the heavy table and had to maneuver up a difficult stairway. They wrapped the stairs in blankets to protect the wood. They also placed matts throughout the house when they were moving furniture. They were professional, polite and hard working. Plus they are a local, family businesses. I will defini
