There is a reason this company has a 2 star rating and I think that is too high . Took 3 days to get a response for my backed up septic. Once they finally responded they told me they would be out next day and I was on 1st call between 8-930am. They no call no showed. Called several times to the office as I had taken off work to meet them. I was told yet again they were on their way. Every couple of hours I would call again and they would assure me some one was on the way. Then nothing. They also

Avoid them at all costs. I called them 6 times in 2 weeks each time Jody assured me that he would have someone there that day. It was like groundhog day same conversation same non result.
