EDIT 2/2025: with all the rain, my year old roof is leaking around the chimney where he supposedly replaced the flashing. Guess not. Caveat emptor. I had a full roof replacement on a Friday. The following Thursday I had 7-9 roof cap shingles blow off. I called Tim the owner (who was not present during the install). He indicated he would be there in an hour.
