Eli the tech did NOT wear booties and I have carpet. He was running in and out not saying anything and didn't speak to me till it came to pay for my estimate. I called A1 to ask for more information I was told a manager tech would be reaching out. After 5 days and 7 phone calls to get a number of someone that supposedly call me "3 hour ago" number was not in my call log. The manager name was Manny and he was just as useless as Eli. I was quoted $99 for an inspection of the fireplace, damper, flue, and chimney. The technician spent literally 3 minutes looking only at the fireplace and damper. He never checked the flue or chimney, saying that would cost $199 more. He tried to sell me chimney cleaning at $299 or $399.
