I purchased a used car. Came with one key fob. Called to ask for pricing and to schedule an appointment for services. Call went to voicemail. Man called about 5 minutes later and started telling me that they do not do mobile service for dealers and that I have to schedule an appointment. 3 times I tried to tell him this was for a personal vehicle so I would have a spare fob. He kept interrupting me saying dealers have to come to him. He finally stopped long enough to hear what I was saying. I
