I have used this company for about 6 + years, but im done. No more. They are over priced, and are not transparent. They charged us over 700 just to fix a fire place glass. Trip charge 230, and installation plus glass over $500. That is ridiculous especially when they refuse to show u the invoice on which they bought the glass. Use them at your own risk or make sure u get everything in writing before they do any work for you. I'm pretty sure if u shop around u will do better.

Charged me $528 for fixing something in my fireplace. I hired them to figure out what the problem was. They arrived 30 min early. My tenants let them in before I arrived.
