UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER: Several updates to make to my review. Shortly after I wrote the initial review, we had a storm and I had substantial leaking into my storage room and garage. It was clear they did not properly caulk and seal the edges of the porch against my house. They came back and did so. After that, I no longer had leaking problems for a while.
