We had LVP installed with under floor heating. The estimate was missing the heating, they failed to level the floor first, and now the floor is lumpy. The installer claimed that air pockets under the LVP is normal and takes a few seasons to settle. However, a corner of one of the panels is already wearing suggesting this is not true. I don’t know if this can be fixed or how much it will cost, but I’m really regretting this installation. It’s a disaster.

This company is incredible. It starts from the estimating process. Lucas came in and quickly assessed what our needd were and was very helpful in the final selection. The company worked with us in getting the bid process through. The end result was fabulous. The floor looks beautiful, the workmanship is excellent. And the work crew cleaned up amazingly well. I have no hesitation to recommend this company and I will certainly be looking for them again for my next flooring needs.
