I bought and they installed a gas insert several years ago and have had several issues with it. Their service sucks and they definitly do not have coustmer service/satifaction as a goal and they are rude. I will never deal with them again and I would recommend anyone looking for a fireplace look elsewhere.

We made the decision to switch from a gas fireplace to an electric. At the suggestion of Kelly, we shopped fireplace shops and secured quotes. Cozy Fireplace came in with the lowest estimate.
