Dan did a great job of showing me camera footage of the issue, his recommended fix and what to expect. We will review the bid when it arrives and make decisions then. But it sounds like we finally found a solution for a years long issue.

Terrible service as well as customer service. I'm very disappointed!! All I can say is don't believe their TV advertisements always ask for upfront pricing before they do the work, because you may get it done and pay and the work truly wasn't done. Also the technicians are not the sharpest
