We had a flood in our basement. I was desperate in finding a water extracting company. I always take my time in reading the reviews before hiring contractors. Well...this time I did not. Desperation took over. This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The owner Rob Coomer lied to me about everything they were going to do verbally, but did not have everything in the contract we signed. So he tried to get more money out of us twice for the work he stated to me verbally that would be completed. R

They did half of what they said they going to do and charge twice as much. Took advantage of an emergency, tell you how good work they will do, and then delivered subpar incomplete work. Make sure you get everything in writing before the do any work, as the will overcharge, and take advantage of the situation, don’t. Very unresponsive once they got work, and very aggressive after. Definitely will not recommend!

Calvin came out the day we called for service and got equipment set up. He gave us lots of advice for the future and helped us navigate the insanity of a sewer backup in our basement. He took really good care of us and our home. He worked really hard. Thank you so much for your exceptional care of our home. The A+ team responded to my flooded basement in a lightning quick manner. Their speed in getting the water out was impressive. The materials that were ruined were disposed off quickly. Scientific methods were applied in the removal of moisture from the dry wall and baseboards. All in a friendly and painless manner. I highly reccommend them!
