The best balance of thorough cleaning and price. I could've sent my rugs to a company's warehouse and done the 10-bajillion step thorough clean, but rather than the headache of coordinating and being without the rugs for a while, I pay 150 bucks for their guys to come in for an hour and they solidly cleaned 4 area rugs ranging from 4x6 to 8x11 feet. For an annual freshening of area rugs, probably not going to find a better bang for the buck.

We had a sofa and love seat cleaned and also the living room carpet and everything came out perfect. The guys were here ahead of schedule which was fine with us because it means they were done sooner. From start to the end of clean-up it was about 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up just fine.
