Called for an emergency and was told someone would be there within an hour. Was transferred to someone that said they had to check with their project supervisor and call me right back. I never received a call back. I called them after about an hour and they said sorry they were really busy and that I would receive a call back soon. I understood, because it was very rainy and I'm sure they had other calls to deal with. However, I did not receive a call back, even 10 hours after my original call.
