Olympic level flood in my basement. Kitty litter floating by, everything else was under water. Patrick came THE SAME DAY I called and were here removing the mess, decontaminating and cleaning the floor. Major sigh of relief there. They installed multiple fans and a dehumidifier leaving it in place for 5 glorious days. My basement was dry as can be. All they left for me to handle was putting things in place, on a raised surface! Really professional, and nice to boot! Should I ever need this done

We woke up and found that the discharge pipe of our sump pump had broken and was gushing muddy water, flooding our utility room. We called Patrick immediately. It was 5am and he picked up right away.
