My Mom had her floors done by 50 Floor. They did a good job on the initial installation. The problem is she had a issue with her floor coming up. They came out & fixed it, put a few new pieces in. It looked good but the next day my mom showed me what they just put it started coming up again (tongue & groove flooring). She called them to come back out to fix it and they want to charge her again . What a racket. Seems like your taking advantage. I would not recommend this company. Sad you have to

Whatever you do, don't have them do your laminate floor. I agreed to have them change my original order to an easier solution that they said would work which was to put the laminate over my existing ceramic tile floor. They had to come out for 4 repairs. Everything looked good at first. But the tiles were coming up and the laminate was gapping. Here I am, 3 years later, having my floor redone as I originally wanted and of course it's much more $$$$. Actually, one of the installers worked for 50.
