They added on a charge after they did the labor without consulting first- they tried to charge me $650 to put my toilet and sink back in that they removed- they purposefully left it out of the quote which seemed sketchy. They did negotiate down to $350, but I still feel this was very unfair and shady. I would use another flooring company. If you do use them be very careful!! The work they did was fine though.

I recommend this company, they are very professional and knowledgeable. Mike came all the way to Katy to give us an estimate and we were very impressed with his professionalism and honest attitude. He measured things up, gave us an estimate that was less than the other big flooring company gave us. The installation crew was top notch and we are very happy with the whole 5 Star experience.

We used 5 star floors in Pearland several years ago in our previous home so they first came to mind when we wanted to install LVP in our current home. We stopped by to grab samples at their Pearland office and Dana helped us choose a few to take home to test in different areas. When we were ready to get a quote, she scheduled Mike to come to the house to take measurements. Both of them along with Tiffany kept us posted on material order, tile/carpet removal and install. About 1600 square ft of w
