Techs they sent out were friendly and did solid work, but the communication with the company was awful. They understated what the process entailed, specifically with expectations for odor, post cleaning testing, and when it would be safe to return. When asked about safety protocols and best practices I consistently received conflicting information and they became cagey when pressed for clarification. They'll get the job done but I would not trust or recommend them. You can probably get a better
