They put in the wrong door handles, refused to replace them with the original ones and would only leave my home once they took $700 from me for a poor service. I’ve called multiple times yet no one has reached out. They robbed me of $700 for 4 locks. They are scammers! Beware!

The technician told me it’s $100 per lock only to find out upon completion it’s $100 for each side of the door so $200 for one door to replace and replace with different door handles without checking to see if this was acceptable and rather became argumentative. The worst experience by far with any locksmith and it’s been 48 hours and the supposed upper management has not contacted me yet..
