I recently hired 1st Inspection Services for a home inspection, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The inspector arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed every aspect of the property, and provided a detailed and comprehensive report.

Cheap inspector if you're looking to shave $2-3k off the purchase of your next property b/c of cosmetic issues. Would not recommend for protecting you going into purchase. No sales process and not very skilled at spotting larger issues within home. Within 3 weeks of moving in, we woke up to a pleasant flooding surprise. We used 1st Inspection Services off the recommendation of our realtor, but won't be doing that again.
