Showed up quickly and professionally. They took a horrible situation (flooding everywhere, mold, damage, etc) and made it easy and clean. I’ve had water issues previously, and used another company. Never again. 1800 Water Damage is the only one I’d use or recommend.

Mike was very friendly, informative, and kept me up to date on everything he was doing. He was interactive and attentive to my cats and dogs, making sure that he asked me if he could open the door so the animals would not run away. Brian was also very friendly and helpful. They both cleaned up the demo and made sure nothing was left behind for any of us to get hurt on.
