I was very pleased today. SDGE had a planned maintenance outage so our neighborhood had a power outage for a couple hours. Our battery backup system worked as we had planned out with Peter and 180 Solar. Refrigerator and microwave worked. Also had TV and internet. Love it when a plan comes together.

Installed my original solar electric system in 2019. Great job! Recently they also added more panels to increase my power to offset more AC during the summer months. They reviewed the rules and were able to add panels without causing a switch to NEM3! Again they did a good job and got it done in a reasonable time.

Peter shared more information with me than any of the solicitors with all the "deals". I appreciate honesty & won't give an excellent review unless it's been earned from being to end. We've had our first true up (a full year) of $0 & a credit still remaining on our account with SDG&E. This without a battery. After installation they still take care of their customers! Above & beyond. I highly recommend them for every good reason any of us can hope for! Price, performance & customer care/service.

Can't be more happy! Ok, so I bought my house in 2020 and in my past rentals (I wasn't in Escondido) I rarely had to run my air so fast forward to I move into my house middle of Summer in Escondido and it's soooo hot so I have to run my air non stop I was shocked when I got my electricity bill it was minimum $600 in summer, so I decided to possibly look into solar but the sales people were always so pushy it was such a turn off I decided to hold off. Amazing customer service! Peter Stern came to our house to do a quick site check in order to properly quote us. Very knowledgeable and patient with us as we had a lot of questions. Definitely recommend them.

Very poor overall experience. They did not seem to know what they were doing. They ordered a part that didn't fit my system and had to delay the battery installation. Once they started working it took many more days than expected. They severed my sprinkler line while clearing a bush around the installation and didn't mention it. I recently purchased a home with a 180 Solar Power installed system. I contacted 180 Solar to transfer ownership and get access to the system data. They responded quickly, transferred ownership, told me the system was still under warranty, and the system needed a new inverter. The technician was on-time to the appointment, explained the process and time necessary, and completed the work in the estimated time window.
