This company did and wonderful job. We had a upstairs toilet leak water to the first floor. They were quick to respond and took care of our problem. The employees were professional and very nice. I would use them again .

I have had to call on 1-800-Water Damage of East Louisville twice in the last few years, with regard to sewage backup in a crawl space, and both times they did excellent work, were professional, and did a great job cleaning everything out !

We had a pipe that burst while we were out of town and flooded our basement. 1800 Water Damage was out within 2 hours on a Saturday (we live in the middle of nowhere, so that was impressive!). They spent the next several days drying everything out and cleaning up. All of the gentleman that came out were very nice, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!
